Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Wine House LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  There is a $3 handling fee plus shipping costs. If you need expedited shipping, you may state so on the order notes and choose expedited type shipping at checkout. 

Delayed shipments can occasionally occur.  Delayed or items on backorder will be notified to our customers by email. 

Domestic shipping - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and locations.

Lost or stolen mail or packages are not available for free replacements or refunds as it is not in our control or responsibility.  This also includes damages to products during shipments. Please contact your local carrier or credit card companies to file a lost, damaged or stolen claim.   

Shipment Confirmation and order tracking: You will receive an email of order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
